Ushimitsu (ウシミツ Ushimitsu) is a character that appears in Idol Land PriPara. He was first introduced in the DANPRI SPECIAL EVENT alongside Shinya, and the two of them form DARK NIGHTMARE, the number one idol unit in YamiPri. He is a 1st-year student at Green Pepper Business High School, and he comes from a noble family in Dapapur. He longs to become a ninja.

Etymology[]
Ushimitsu (ウシミツ) - comes from the old traditional Japanese method of timekeeping, which means "late at night". Specifically, it refers to the time between 2:00 AM and 2:30 AM, or between 3:00 AM and 3:30 AM, depending on the timekeeping tradition.
