Toma Ibuki (伊吹橙真 Ibuki Tōma) is a supporting character in Waccha Primagi!. He is Matsuri Hibino's childhood friend.
Appearance[]
Toma appears as a teenager with sharp green eyes and short dark brown hair. As a Primagista he has red hair with a singular blue highlight, dark brown eyeshadow, and pink lipstick.

He has a kind and sincere personality.

His childhood friend. As her friend, he cares deeply for her, and he always tries his best to support her in her troubled times.
Hughie[]
The two often come across each other. Hughie appears to have some interest in Toma and is always the one to approach him; however, the reason for his interest is unknown. Together with Hughie, the two form the unit TrutH.
Etymology[]
Ibuki (伊吹) - I (伊) may refer to the country Italy or refer to something as "that one", and buki (吹) means "blow" or "breathe".
Toma (橙真) - To (橙) means "bitter orange" while ma (真) means "true" or "reality".
