Prism Stones are small heart-shaped items that contain a piece of an entire outfit. Each piece belongs to a brand, rarity, and collection. Prism Stones are replaced by Pritickes (and other variants) in PriPara and PriChan.
Charm Stones (チャームストーン) are a type of prism stone introduced in Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, and contained inside a charm stone is a Seventh Coord. Before a performance, the performer's Pair Friend transforms into a charm stone, and during their performance, the charm begins shining and it changes back into their Pair Friend. The Pair Friend then transforms into an instrument (or an item used on an instrument) that allows for them to do a special appeal called Prism Live.
Description[]
In Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream and Dear My Future, the general design of prism stones are a heart-shaped item that has facets. However, in Rainbow Live, the item retains its heart-shape, but loses its facets and gains a smooth surface along with an ornate design engraved around the bottom edges of the heart.
Charm stones look similar to regular prism stones, but they have an added ribbon on top.
Brands[]
There are 7 main brands, and typically, each prism star has their own preferred brand. Unlike the brands in the PriPara and PriChan series, these brands are simply named as what is known as "types" in the series after Pretty Rhythm. Lovely, pop, and cool are the only brands that are passed on as types in the succeeding series.
Lovely[]
Lovely is associated with purity and kindness. The color pink represents this brand.

Pop is associated with high energy and cheerfulness. The color blue represents this brand.

Cool is associated with, as the name suggests, coolness. The color purple represents this brand.

Sexy is associated with a mature and flirtatious style. The colors hot pink, magenta, and other bold colors represent this brand.

Star has many different associations that mix many different styles. The colors white, clear, and silver represent this brand.

Feminine is associated with a soft yet mature style that has its touches of femininity to it. The color yellow represents this brand.
