Powan (ポワン) is the manager of Shuka Hanazono.
Appearance[]
Powan is a yellow dog with pale pink eyes and lashes on the bottom of the eye. She has puffy orange ears with spots covering them and a matching tail. She wears a yellow bow with a pink star on each, along with a pearl necklace. She has the normal mascot wings, but they are stretched out.
Personality[]
She is highly motivated by money, like Shuka, and even refusing to give Shuka her new song until she is paid.

Etymology[]
Powan (ポワン) is a PriPara pun that may be based around the combination of two onomatopoeias for the sounds dogs make, with the two words being bowwow and wanwan (ワンワン).
